This Chicago native wasn’t born with a camera in hand. In fact, it took about 24 years before photography landed in Kyle’s lap. (This is where I stop talking in the third person.) After earning a degree in Visual Communications at the Illinois Institue of Art, I set out for a creative career in graphic design. On the side, I started to dabble with photography, and it soon consumed my life. Seven years later, photography has taken me on an incredible journey. I’ve been able to shoot some of my favorite artists, as well as travel to Jamaica and Ethiopia, where I had the honor of photographing orphanages to help inspire awareness. More than anything, I’m an artist-to-artist photographer. With every project I take on, I work to cultivate the message and style to cater to the needs of my clients. It’s not always just about the images I’m trying to capture, but about the story I’m trying to tell. From a simple portrait to a grandiose fashion look book shoot, I am always collaborating with my clients to achieve one artistic goal.
