I’m a Chicago-based photographer with a passion for live music, visual storytelling, architecture and cityscapes, and portraiture. My work attempts to combine several of these elements to create a sense of place, personality, and emotion. When not shooting for clients, you’ll find me wandering among the buildings, walking the lakefront, down front at the Green Mill, or attending as many classical concerts as possible. If I’m not taking pictures, I’m playing cello at the Old Town School of Folk Music or writing for Gapers Block. I love Chicago in the winter. Really.
