A Chicago-native, visual artist and emcee, luigi mixes industrial and dance-noise samples with original, found and digital art to explore a noir-scape of queer LatinX longing.
Burning Orchid: Sympoesis
Rosé Hernandez, Kiam Marcelo Junio, and Hanna Brock
This new work features members of the Burning Orchid collective: artists Rosé Hernandez, Kiam Marcelo Junio, and Hanna Brock. Building on a structure composed of resampled industrial drones and low tones, the artists will use movement and sound in the generation of auto-poetic content.
Jeff Kolar & Meg T. Noe
Jeff Kolar (b. Chicago, Illinois, US) is an independent sound artist, radio producer, and curator working in Chicago, United States. He is the Founder and Artistic Director of Radius, an experimental radio broadcast platform established in 2009.
Megan Taylor Noe (b. Corpus Christi, TX) likes dark things. Her sculptures, photographs and videos express a fascination with morbidity and the material of memorialization and ritual.
