COMFORT STATION [programmed by ALCN] Comfort Station Logan Square and the Art Leaders of Color Network – ALCN – join forces to present the P.O.W.E.R. Project. In lieu their traditional arts programming, the Comfort Station will be transformed into an ‘empowerment hub’ with a series of lectures, discussions, happenings, self-care exercises, and more led by artists and members of the community. The hope is that through this series of engagements, people will be inspired to take a stand against injustice and intolerance.
Art by Claire Ashley, Angela Davis Fegan, CHema Skandal, Jordan Martins, Latham Zearfoss, Alejandro T. Acierto, Tegan Brace, Interactive Nature Graffiti w/ Juan De La Mora, and others.

Hours: Friday 5pm-10pm, Sat & Sun 12pm-10pm
Location: In the Logan Square circle at the intersection of Milwaukee Ave, Kedzie and Logan Blvd.
$5 suggested donation. A portion of the gate will go to Logan Square Preservation and their ongoing efforts to beautify the neighborhood and replant trees that were lost to the Emerald Ash Borer.
