The Nate Lepine Quartet features Nick Mazzarella (alto sax), Quin Kirchner (drums) and Clark Sommers (bass). Having recently recorded ten originals for an upcoming release in 2015, the Quartet continues to expand upon material that reaches forward towards new rhythmic concepts and harmonic improvisational textures, having arrived from within both the rich jazz tradition and progressive artistic trajectories thriving here in their home city of Chicago.
