OneBeat w/ Members of Eighth Blackbird

The Old Town School of Folk Music hosts the final performance of this year’s OneBeat, presenting heretofore unseen combinations of traditional instruments, soundscapes, and storytelling, all created in the month prior to this event during the OneBeat residency and tour.  OneBeat musicians will be joined by members of the Grammy-winning ensemble Eighth Blackbird, based in Chicago.  The show will be preceded by workshops, mobile street studios, and sound/video installations throughout the Old Town School space.
