QUINCE: WHERE IS HOME NOW?
Links
Quince begins their fall season at Constellation with Where Is Home Now?, featuring the world premieres of works by Chicago composers David Reminick, Fredrick Gifford, and Quince’s own Amanda DeBoer Bartlett. In addition, they perform the Chicago premieres of two works by Laura Steenberge and Cara Haxo from their upcoming album Motherland. This raw, intimate program explores dreams, perception, and the grandeur of cataclysmic events.
Matthew Oliphant will be opening up the concert with a piece by Jonathon Kirk for horn and electronics.
