Uxía and Narf are two of the most important and influential artists from Galicia in Spain. With “Baladas da Galiza imaxinaria” they unite for the first time to present a joint musical project that features classics from both musicians reinterpreting them, including poems by writers such as Rosalía de Castro, Castelao or Federico García Lorca, original compositions, and adaptations of traditional alalás, the oldest and best-known form of Galician music.
They build bridges across cultures through music, and created their respective repertoires after years of traveling and exchanging experiences with artists from Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Angola, Mozambique, Portugal, Cape Verde, or Guinea-Bissau.
