The Blue Three
The Blue Three are a new Chicago jazz trio featuring guitarist/banjoist John Donatowicz, pianist Andy Schumm and clarinetist John Otto. The trio, all members of the highly acclaimed Chicago jazz band the Fat Babies (www.thefatbabies.com), plays original arrangements of their favorite, not-often-heard tunes of the 1920′s and ’30′s.

The Resonance Series is explores different soundscapes and spaces at the Hideout, focusing on ambient, drone, and creative music. Olivia Block creates electroacoustic sound compositions for performance, recordings, installations, cinema, orchestra and chamber music concerts.
