Feed your appetite for classical music with a heaping portion of Handel, Mozart, and J.C. Bach, performed by the Chicago Philharmonic Chamber Players. Along with favorite chamber works, the Chamber Players serve up film music by Ennio Morricone (composer of the Godfather soundtrack), a “Gypsy Tango” by Jacob Gade, and James Stephenson’s
“The Mysteries of Harris Burdick”, inspired by the colorful children’s book by Chris Van Allsburg. Meanwhile, City Winery’s servers satisfy your appetite for delicious brunch fare within this beautiful venue situated in Chicago’s gastronomic West Loop.
Doors open at 11:00 A.M., and brunch will be available for purchase before and during the performance. Casual attire is encouraged. Approximate run time: 1 hour.
